FTCE8627E1PCA-4N 400G-VR4 OSFP transceiver modules are designed for use in 400 Gigabit Ethernet or InfiniBand links up to 50m of multi-mode fiber. They are compliant with the OSFP MSA, IEEE802.3db6 and IEEE802.3ck7 . Digital diagnostic functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the OSFP MSA. The optical transceiver is RoHS compliant as described in Application Note AN-20382,3 .

The InfiniBand MMA4Z00-NS400 Compatible OSFP Optical Transceiver is an InfiniBand 400Gb/s Single-port OSFP with a Flat-top (OSFP-RHS) form factor, SR4 multimode parallel transceiver using a single, 4-channel MPO 12/APC optical connector.

The Short Reach 4-channel (SR4) design uses 100G-PAM4 modulation and has a maximum fiber reach of 50-meters using OM4 multimode fibers. It is qualified for use in InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems.

It is the ideal solution for super computing, seamlessly integrating into computing and storage infrastructure to ensure efficient high-performance interconnectivity. Used in ConnectX-7/OSFP adapters linked to Twin-port transceivers in 2x400G IB switches.

Comelink’s OSFP 2x400G VR4 transceiver module is designed for use in 2x400 Gigabit Ethernet links over 30m OM3 or 50m OM4 fiber. The module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels operating up to 106.25Gbps per channel. This transceiver consists of two transmitter/receiver units, with each operating on 850nm wavelength. The transmitter path of the module incorporates a PAM4 re-timer ASIC with two 4-channel modulator drivers and 8 modulated lasers. On the receiver path, it consists of 8 photodiodes and two 4-channel TIAs, along with the PAM4 re-timer. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3ck, and compliant with OSFP MSA.
