A customized hybrid fiber and power cable combines optical fibers and copper power conductors under one cable jacket. 2. What applications are these hybrid cables designed for?

These cables are designed for indoor enterprise networks, data communication systems, security and surveillance deployments, wireless infrastructure, remote access points, and other projects where a device requires both fiber connectivity and local power. 3. What fiber counts are available?

We can provide configurations from 2 to 12 optical fibers. The final fiber count can be selected according to your network architecture, equipment interfaces, link requirements, and bill of materials (BOM).

4. Which fiber connectors can be supplied?

The cable can be supplied with LC connectors, SC connectors, or unterminated fiber ends. Connector type, polish, fiber mode, boot color, polarity, and breakout design can be specified in your RFQ or technical drawing.


5. Can I order the cable with unterminated fiber ends?

Yes. Unterminated cable assemblies are available for field termination, splicing, or integration with customer-specified termination systems. This option can be useful for system integrators and project contractors that complete installation on site.


6. How many copper conductors does the cable include?

The standard product configuration includes 2 copper conductors for power delivery. Conductor size, insulation, voltage requirements, current requirements, jacket construction, and other electrical specifications should be confirmed before quotation and production.


7. Can the copper conductor specifications be customized?

Yes. For OEM and project-based orders, copper conductor size, conductor material, insulation type, color coding, and electrical requirements can be reviewed according to your application. Please provide the target voltage, current, operating environment, and installation method for an accurate engineering assessment.


8. What does the Riser (OFNR) rating mean?

The Riser (OFNR) version is intended for vertical runs between building floors or through riser spaces where the applicable project code permits this cable type. The required jacket rating should always be selected according to local regulations, building codes, and the project specification.


9. What does the Plenum (OFNP) rating mean?

The Plenum (OFNP) version is designed for use in plenum spaces where stricter fire and smoke performance requirements apply. Project engineers and contractors should confirm whether OFNP is required by the building code before placing a bulk order.


10. Can I choose between OFNR and OFNP cable jackets?

Yes. OFNR and OFNP jacket options can be evaluated according to the installation area and compliance requirements. When sending an RFQ, please specify the building zone, cable pathway, applicable standard, and required jacket rating.
