4 Fibers 9/125 Single Mode Indoor Multi-Fiber Pre-Terminated Breakout Cable
Indoor multi-fiber breakout cable is a low-cost cable designed primarily for indoor interconnection between transmission equipment and patch panels or similar fixed routes. Designed with carrier-grade quality, this cable features superior assemblies that minimize light loss during bending for reliable transmission in tight spaces. The fiber optic cable has industry standard flammability rating jacket and the connector meets EIA/TIA 604-2 for high-speed cabling networks.

Features
Carrier-grade Cable with Guaranteed Quality
Superior cable assemblies reduce light loss during cable bending and easily meet your diverse cabling requirements.

Two Polish Types for Various Signal Sensitivity Demands
The fiber endface of APC is polished at an 8° angle and UPC is polished with no angle. Please note
that the two connectors cannot be mated or they will be unusable.

Three Jacket Materials Used in Diverse Cabling Zone
It's important to know the differences between Plenum (OFNP), Riser (OFNR), LSZH jackets because each different type is used in different locations.

Breakout Types for Optimizing Cable Routing
Four different breakout configurations meet your various needs. Please note that the breakout length is 0.3m by default instead of 0.5m when the total cable length is less than 3m.

Two Cable Diameters for Different Wiring Needs
The slim and robust indoor multi-fiber patch cable is not only for cabling in high-density data centers
but also terminated into rack-mount and wall-mount enclosures.

Precautions for Use
Be sure to read the instruction manual before using this product.

FAQ
1. Q: What is the difference between a breakout cable and a distribution cable?
A: A breakout cable jackets each fiber in its own 0.9 mm / 2.0 mm subunit, so every fiber can be terminated directly to a connector or device — no fan-out kit needed. A distribution cable keeps all fibers under one jacket and requires a breakout kit at the termination point.
2. Q: What fiber types and fiber counts are available?
A: Standard is 4-fiber single-mode 9/125 OS2 (G.652D). Other counts (2–24 fibers) and OM1/OM2/OM3/OM4 multimode options are available on request.
3. Q: Which connectors can be fitted?
A: SC, LC, FC, and ST, with UPC or APC polish. SC is the standard option; all connectors meet EIA/TIA 604-2 interoperability for high-speed cabling networks.
4. Q: What are the typical optical performance values?
A: Insertion loss ≤ 0.3 dB (0.2 dB typical); return loss ≥ 50 dB for UPC or ≥ 65 dB for APC. Every assembly is 100% tested before shipment.
5. Q: Can length, jacket color, and connectors be customized?
A: Yes. Any length, jacket color, connector combination, and polarity (A/B) can be customized. Samples are available for approval before mass production.
6. Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: No strict MOQ — sample orders are welcome. Standard lead time is 3–7 days for stock lengths, and 7–15 days for large custom orders.
7. Q: Is the cable flame-retardant and environmentally compliant?
A: Yes. The jacket is OFNR (UL 1666) rated with an LSZH option, and the product is RoHS compliant. The factory is ISO 9001 certified.
8. Q: Can this cable be used outdoors?
A: This is an indoor breakout cable. For outdoor or aerial routes we recommend armored or Figure-8 outdoor cables — contact us and we will recommend the right solution.
9. Q: How is the cable packaged for shipment?
A: Each assembly is individually coiled with protective end caps and packed in export cartons. Custom packaging with your logo is available.
10. Q: Do you provide test reports and warranty?
A: Yes. 100% optical testing (insertion loss, return loss, continuity) with test reports included, plus a 1–3-year warranty and technical support.
