KEXINT 144-fiber MPO/MTP trunk cable delivers ultra-high-density fiber connectivity for data center backbone infrastructure. Engineered with OS2 single-mode fiber (9/125µm), this assembly features 12 MPO female connectors per end — each carrying 12 fibers — providing a total of 144 cores in a single managed trunk.
Designed for 40G, 100G, and 400G parallel optics, it dramatically simplifies cable management by replacing 144 individual patch cords with one structured, plug-and-play solution. Low insertion loss, Method B polarity, and LSZH yellow jacket ensure reliable performance in high-port-count environments such as spine-leaf architectures, hyperscale data centers, and enterprise server rooms. Pre-terminated and factory-tested for fast deployment with minimal on-site termination.

LSZH Safety Jacket: Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen yellow jacket per TIA-598 color code. Complies with IEC 60332-1 flame retardancy standard. Emits minimal smoke and toxic gas in the event of a fire — safe for enclosed data center environments with high-density cabling.
Robust Construction: Round sub-unit cable design protects fibers from macro-bending and crush damage. Rated for 660 N short-term tensile load and 1000 N/100 mm crush resistance. Pulling eye or pulling grip options available for easy installation through cable trays and conduits.
Method B Polarity Standard: Pre-configured with Method B (Type B) polarity mapping to maintain consistent transceiver-to-transceiver signal connectivity across the trunk without crossover adapters.
