This is a national backbone network upgrade project in Namibia. KEXINT supplied 960 km of ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) optical cables to MTC, the largest telecom operator in Namibia. Deployed along high-voltage power corridors and long-distance overhead routes, the ADSS cables effectively resist electromagnetic interference, extreme temperatures and desert wind erosion. The project greatly improved national network bandwidth, transmission stability and rural coverage, supporting MTC’s nationwide network expansion and digital infrastructure upgrade.
